Service kit to install thermostatic actuator in Jagg 4700/4702/4501 Oil Filter Adapters.
Kit components are designed to keep the oil by-pass hole open in the #4700/4702/4501 oil filter adapter until the oil surrounding the thermostatic actuator reaches 185ºF. The thermostatic actuator begins movement at 185ºF and by 195ºF closes the by-pass hole completely, sending oil 100% to the oil cooler.
