The general service advisories below come from our shipping carriers and the effects of the virus on shipping speeds. While this is not a comprehensive list and cannot reflect all changes to the logistical challenges of our constantly-evolving situation (please refer to the carriers' own pages linked below), we appreciate your patience and understanding in this challenging time.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020, and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail packages with two and three-day delivery commitments have been extended an extra day to three and four days respectively. Priority Mail packages with local one-day delivery commitments will remain the same.
USPS First-Class Package Service
First-Class Package Service packages with two and three-day delivery commitments have been extended an extra day to three and four days respectively.
